This is a pretty good welder, unfortunately they are hard to find these days.
It’s a smooth running machine. Easy overhead and nice vertical welds.
hi iam fuzz i have had this welder for several years dont use it much anymore but always keep in the shop and clean i went to use this a few weeks ago struck 2 arcs it acts like the drive feed is locked up or iam not getting power to the welding iam not shure just cliks ive been on the net trying to find the problem i wish it is something simple just not shure where to start all in all its been a great welder sorry about my spelling any help would be great thanks FUZZ
liner in your feed tube has rusted and you need a new liner. feed wire sticks to it especially when its not straight. reline the tube, and make sure feed roller rotates with no wire or pressure, then insert wire and proper pressure.
was welding with my 120 [just tacking]went to make a tack and nothing.Makes clicking noise as always but will not spit wire out,the drive motor will not turn over.Undid the tensioner but motor will not turn.Local welding supple shop want $200.00 to diagnos before they fix it.Thanks for anybodies help.
I have had this welder for several years now. Has never failed me until now. The fan motor takes a while to get going. It will feed wire, strike arc and even try to weld, just won’t build up a bead. Any idea what is going on with it? Thanks.
