• Manual Mode has the flexibleness to manually adjust weld settings for extensive practical applications.
• The Millermatics 140’s auto-set characteristic is a welder control that automatically sets your welder to the right parameters.
• Comfortable access to output studs allow for easy polarity conversion when alternating from solid or flux cored wires.
• Smooth-Start technology allows for a fluid, spattering-free start up. One of the better starting design in the MIG class.
• Short protection shuts down end product whenever tip is short-circuit to the workpiece. Extend contact tip lifespan and protects inner component parts from harm. Gun trigger reset allows immediate reset at torch instead of welder.
• Auto–resetting drive protection electrical circuit get rid of the need to find and replace safety fuse.
• Uses 4 or 8 in (102 or 203 mm) spools and can be set up to weld with wire sizes .024 - .030 in (0.6 - 0.8 mm) mild/stainless steel and .030 - .035 (0.8 - 0.9 mm) flux cored.
• Long-lasting aluminum feeder contains double channel changeable drive roll and spring tension arm with fine-tune tautness knob, altogether designed to establish quicker and easier setup .
• Contactor electrical circuit causes cable to be electric “cold” till gun trigger is pushed. Causes unit to be safer, and is comfortable to place torch to work ahead of commencing to weld.
• Thermal Overload Protection shut off the whole welder and set off above- temperature illumination if flow of air is block up or duty cycle is exceeded. Automatically readjust whenever error is fixed and welder cool down.
